Network requirements
This page is for the IT and systems administrators of organizations whose teams use PROSFY. It lists what to allow on your firewall, proxy or endpoint protection so PROSFY loads correctly.
Domains and ports to allow
Allow outbound HTTPS to the PROSFY domains:
- prosfy.com (main site)
- *.prosfy.com (all subdomains, including app.prosfy.com and nova.prosfy.com)
- TCP port 443 (HTTPS) — required.
- UDP port 443 (HTTP/3 / QUIC) — optional; allow it for better performance, or block it and the browser falls back to HTTP/2 over TCP 443.
SSL/TLS inspection
If your firewall or antivirus performs SSL/TLS (HTTPS) inspection, add *.prosfy.com to its exclusion list. Re-signing PROSFY traffic with a corporate certificate can break logins and API calls.
Domain reputation
prosfy.com is a verified, legitimate domain and passes Google Safe Browsing. If a web filter has miscategorized it, request the category "Business and Economy" with your vendor and allow the domains above.
